Throne Room Ministries
Loudoun Burn
The heart of the Loudoun Burn is first and foremost, the passionate pursuit for the presence of God. We gather, regardless of denominational affiliation, to cry out to God night and day for an awakening in the church, an unprecedented global harvest of souls, and the transformation of our entire region. We want to create a resting place for the Lord’s presence, where people can worship Him, seek His face, and enthrone Him on our praises simply because He is worthy of all praise, glory and honor and to create a place of refuge, encounter, salvation, healing and transformation both for the individual and the community.
Loudoun Burn is a first love movement and a missional movement. A central focus of the Loudoun Burn is to call the body of Christ back to the purity of the first and greatest commandment to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. (Matt 22:37, NIV). Furthermore, the biblical and historical model shows us that worship, prayer, and encountering God’s presence is the precedent for a dramatic increase in the salvation of souls. The church of Acts encountered God for ten days in the upper room and then ignited a missionary movement to the known world (Acts 2:1-4). Jesus appointed the twelve to first of all “be with Him” before they were called to “Go into all the world” (Mark 3:16, Mark 16:15).
A "Burn" is an extended time of vertical worship and prayer (typically 12-24 hours) where believers gather to focus solely on the presence of God. These sessions are designed to create an atmosphere where God’s heart is moved, His presence is hosted in an intentional and powerful way, and people encounter Him.
At Burns, you will often see worshippers journaling, reading the Bible, praying, soaking, and painting, as well as singing along with the worship teams.
Please contact Teresa or Bo Cook at info.throneroomministries@gmail.com if you would like to get involved as a worship leader or intercessor, or to know when the next Burns are scheduled.

Nova Abide
NoVA Abide is a fellowship of women who are hungry for the presence of God, devoted to seeking the Lord with all our hearts, learning to abide in the extravagant love of Jesus and allowing Him to transform us, and consequently changing the world around us by carrying His presence to them and inviting others to join us.
NoVA Abide began in January 2022 as an partnership with Loudoun Burn and Women Abide, founded by Joan Hutter in Charlottesville, VA. What started as a small group of women coming together to seek the Lord and learn to abide together in his presence has grown into quite a beautiful and unique Holy Spirit-led adventure.
NoVA Abide Gatherings: Christian women from across the region gather monthly for breakfast and fellowship, followed by worship, soaking, and Holy Spirit led sharing of the Word and prophetic ministry. These gatherings are centered around Jesus and His presence and not any one speaker. We have women from Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and DC, representing over 40 different churches and 20 nations, ranging in age from 10-85 yrs, joining together in unity in the presence of King Jesus and being transformed by his powerful love and Holy Spirit. Many have experienced physical healing as well as emotional healing and spiritual freedom in these gatherings and leave lighter and more joyful every month. All leave more empowered to carry the powerful presence of God wherever they are.

Fire Brand Academy
Firebrand Academy is a Christ-centered, Kingdom-minded kids’ group that seeks to empower the youngest generation to live out a spirit-filled life today. Kids not only learn about the walk of Jesus, they get to practice walking it out. Our youngest ones are just as much an integral part of the body, as is every single adult. WE are the body of Christ!
Hearing God’s voice is the heartbeat of Firebrand Academy. What began 3 years ago as a simple desire of one mama’s heart to teach her kids how to hear God's voice has now grown into a powerful ministry impacting many kids and families alike. In the context of community, kids learn how to hear God’s voice, walk as Jesus did, know who they are in Christ (identity), and walk in the fullness of the Great Commission. This is the best place to practice, persevere, walk in power/authority, and collect their own stories/testimonies of watching God at work. We learn something and then we act on it (activation); we don’t just read the stories; we participate in our own God stories!
This year, the focus of Firebrand Academy is all about PRAYER! Kids and parents are learning what prayer is, how to pray, and why pray. Then they put it all into practice in class and at home. Kids will learn how to come into His presence. We will learn how to pray the Word to bring about SHIFT into our lives, our families, our communities, this nation and our world. We will continue to finetune our ears to hear HIS voice, move when HE moves, speak when HE speaks. We will also continue to grow our prophetic community - to encourage, sharpen and edify the body of Christ. We will learn how to pray for the sick (and actually invite people to be prayed over).
If you would like more information about signing your kids up for FBA or learning how to start a FBA in your own community, please contact Suni Piper at info.throneroomministries@gmail.com.

Burn House
The Burn House is a sacred space for individuals and groups from all denominations and ethnicities can come and spend time either alone or corporately with God in worship and prayer, cultivate the fires of first love with Jesus, build unity and community centered around the presence of God leading to revival and transformation, and then go out and be the fragrance of heaven to the lost. It is also a safe place for people to get set free through deliverance, inner healing, and physical healing. Periodically, we also partner with other local ministries we have relationship with to provide training and equipping opportunities on a variety of topics.

Testimonials
I started participating in the Loudoun Burn right about the time it was started. One of our sons was at the very first Burn and I joined to back him later on. However, he had to move out of state to go to school, and I did not feel comfortable or able to do even an hour of worship lead or playing my guitar. Our son was firm that I get on board, and so were Teresa and Bo. The first time I led worship I was so fearful that I would not have enough songs to cover the hour or have the strength to finish, but God proved Himself faithful, that He’s the One who qualifies me. Teresa also introduced me to David’s Tent when they first came to Washington, D.C.
"The Loudoun Burn has been such a powerful experience of spiritual growth for me. There is so much freedom in the worship. It is different than going to worship in a traditional church setting, where the worship may be on a stricter time schedule. During the Loudoun Burn, we can linger longer in the moments with the Lord. It is also beneficial meeting other people from different backgrounds and different churches. We have met a lot of great new friends at the Burn!"
"The sense of community that is felt at Loudoun Burn has been like none other. Teresa and Bo have created a 'family of worshippers' environment that allows the freedom to just completely fall into Abba's loving arms. As a dancer, I've always been welcomed and even encouraged to just worship and 'go for it'!! My most cherished friendships have been created through this family!!!"
"The Loudoun Burn has been a tremendous blessing to me. Between the wonderful people that I have met there, and the Spirit of God that resides in each Burn gathering that I have been a part of, I can say that I have truly been blessed. The strength that I have gained as a result of being a part of the Burn has been tremendous. The amazing thing is that you can be at the Burn just lifting up God and when you happen to open your eyes, you see a 'sea' of different kinds of people all on one accord, lifting up the same Jesus, unashamed and in prayer for one another. That’s what spoke to me; the fact that every time I go, God does something amazing with whoever is in the room. Truly a blessing to be a part of the move."
"Through the ministry and people at Loudoun Burn, I received back my joy and was delivered from depression. It opened me to a new level of prophetic worship that I did not know was possible. Also, I came into a beautiful community of anointed worshippers that encouraged me to keep pursuing Him."
